Everyone will have bad days periodically. It’s inevitable just like the sun will be buried by the clouds when it’s going to rain. But the Sun has never been defeated by the bad weather. It’s not as miserable as it seems to be. It’s quite common that you just wake up in a really bad mood, and may be there’s something or nothing has made you angry, sad, frustrated, and disappointed when you were at your work.

Every time we finish our work, and this day turns out a bad day. We tell ourselves, “That couldn’t be any worse.” It seems like that everything was messed up. Someone took your umbrella by mistake. Your girlfriend was talking loudly on the phone, again! Your computer broke down without any sign. And it’s raining outside. You are really lucky to be the most unlucky guy today. “Hey man, this sucks!” that’s not fun. Every word sounds incredibly stupid to you. You can’t even figure out what the hell wrong with all the troubles around you.

Come on! It’s not so hard for you. May be the bad mood just come from a bad meal. It’s really crazy for you to force yourself to cheer up while you are definitely in a bad mood. Why not accept it. We need time baby. Let it off! So if you’re mad, be mad. If you’re sad, be sad. But remember do not disturb others’ life. They are innocents. Though you got a bad day, it doesn’t mean you got a license for you to be rude to the bystanders. May be you can find another way to seek yourself back.

It’s true that everything was bad that day. But good things in your memory are always good. Yesterday, your girlfriend appreciated the flowers you bought her. Last week, you went out for a great tremendous ball game. Your happiness is probably still there. They won’t slip away as time does. You’re just not seeing them. Try to take a few minutes. Calm yourself. There is at least one or two things that were not bad could make you feel better.

Also, taking a walk after your dinner is kind of better way to sweep away the clouds upon your head. Some emotional songs you like can kill your bad time. Or just to stay in somewhere quietly? What if going to bed now! Just immediately end the bad day. If it is still not going to work, call your best friend. He is priceless. I believe he won’t care even you call him at midnight. And conversations might free yourself and help you to turn around the bad day.

We believe that you can get over it. “Everything is O.K.?”Tell yourselves. “This won’t last long.” You have been in a bad mood before, and it passed. So will this one. It’s just not a big deal.

 

P.S. Don't make any decisions when you're in a bad mood - financial, emotional, etc. Let the negative state pass, before you choose poorly.

      Have you ever thought about your relationships? Does it really worth your Soul? Sometimes you maybe feel tired of sticking with the girl you once loved most. Sometimes you argue with the girl you thought you were a promised couple. And sometimes you want break up with the girl you have once expected of being together forever. That is really awful. But take it easy baby. It happens to everyone who breathes the air on the earth.

      God created lives. But she has never thought that there would be love. Simply living together generates love. The sex distinction makes love. That is love. Even a tiny bug has a duty for its species that mirror out a basic love for that kind of relationship. So love is a strange thing. It can be the most amazing feeling in the world. When god realizes it, the BIBLE came out. It has ever taught people about what are the true love and the meaning of treasure and gratitude. But it appears few of us digested it.

      Obviously, we want to share our laughter and tears with the one we loved. A tight hug when one of us had a bad day. An impressive kiss when both of us feel great. Rings, wines, flowers and candle light would compose a perfect proposal scene. And the wedding vow doesn't means you will happily live together ever after. But it is still a good dream.

      When you tell your lover “I love you,” do those words carry it with them the desire to show someone you love her? Or do they carry it with them is it what you want to feel? And when you say it makes sure you really mean it and are willing to do anything for that special person. One day you argued. You thought you could not go on anymore. Her faults, not mine. But couldn’t you make any mistake sometimes? Did you put yourself into others’ shoes? Rather than impose your own expectations or attempts to alter them, try to think what she feels. May be it’s your fault. May be this time you were getting to know that how much she loves you back just as well. If she doesn’t love you, who cares? If you can realize that the one you loved most would be lost. Will you have a greater appreciation of what you have? Think how lucky you are to have someone to love from deep inside your heart.

      While love ain't life, life is love. Life is a journey to treasure. There's someone in your life would leave and have a break. May be there's someone come into your life just want to start a brand new story with you. That's fine. Every step of your life is different but special, because you have different mates on your journey. God didn't promise us we have our mates all the time, it’s not abstruse to understand that you have to treasure them. Sometimes we realized that what we have is like such a precious shell, but the satisfaction will not last for long. We forget about it the next day, and begin our greedy, endless hunt again for what we haven't got yet.

      The most explanations for those betrayals and regrets in life simply become similar. That we unconsciously lost it before it turns out the most priceless shell we have ever picked up on the beautiful life seashore.

   All of us are scarred by life; It's just that some of those scars show more clearly than others. Our scars do matter. They tell us that we have lived, that we haven't hidden from life. When we see our scars plainly, we can find in them our own unique beauty.

   Then it dawned to me. God was speaking to me the entire time I was attempting to be still. I remembered the music playing as I'd begun my quiet time. He sent a sparrow to lighten my life with song. He sent a gentle breeze. He sent a neighbor to let me know that I had a friend. He sent my sweetheart to offer sincere sentiments of love. He caused my heart to flutter to remind me of life. While I was trying to count my blessings, God was busy multiplying them. I laughed to realize that the 'Interruptions' of my quiet time with God were special blessings he's sent to show me he was with me the entire time.

   We spend all of our time earning a living and never stop to live our earnings.

问题一：如果你家附近有一家餐厅，东西又贵又难吃，桌上还爬着蟑螂，你会因为它很近很方便，就一而再、再而三地光临吗？

回答：你一定会说，这是什么烂问题，谁那么笨，花钱买罪受？

可同样的情况换个场合，自己或许就做类似的蠢事。

不少男女都曾经抱怨过他们的情人或配偶品性不端，三心二意，不负责任。明知在一起没什么好的结果，怨恨已经比爱还多，但却“不知道为什么”还是要和他搅和下去，分不了手。说穿了，只是为了不甘，为了习惯，这不也和光临餐厅一样？

——做人，为什么要过于执著？！

 

问题二：如果你不小心丢掉100块钱，只知道它好像丢在某个你走过的地方，你会花200块钱的车费去把那100块找回来吗？

回答：一个超级愚蠢的问题。

可是，相似的事情却在人生中不断发生。做错了一件事，明知自己有问题，却怎么也不肯认错，反而花加倍的时间来找藉口，让别人对自己的印象大打折扣。被人骂了一句话，却花了无数时间难过，道理相同。为一件事情发火，不惜损人不利已，不惜血本，不惜时间，只为报复，不也一样无聊？

失去一个人的感情，明知一切已无法挽回，却还是那么伤心，而且一伤心就是好几年，还要借酒浇愁，形销骨立。其实这样一点用也没有，只是损失更多。

——做人，干吗为难自己？！

 

问题三：你会因为打开报纸发现每天都有车祸，就不敢出门吗？

回答：这是个什么烂问题？当然不会，那叫因噎废食。

然而，有不少人却曾说：现在的离婚率那么高，让我都不敢谈恋爱了。说得还挺理所当然。也有不少女人看到有关的诸多报道，就对自己的另一半忧心忡忡，这不也是类似的反应？所谓乐观，就是得相信：虽然道路多艰险，我还是那个会平安过马路的人，只要我小心一点，不必害怕过马路。

——做人，先要相信自己。

 

问题四：你相信每个人随便都可以成功立业吗？

回答：当然不会相信。

但据观察，有人总是在听完成功人士绞尽脑汁的建议，比如说，多读书，多练习之后，问了另一个问题？那不是很难？

我们都想在3分钟内学好英文，在5分钟内解决所有难题，难道成功是那么容易的吗？改变当然是难的。成功只因不怕困难，所以才能出类拔萃。

有一次坐在出租车上，听见司机看到自己前后都是高档车，兀自感叹：“唉，为什么别人那么有钱，我的钱这么难赚？”

其实任何一个成功者都是艰辛取得。我们实在不该抱怨命运。

问题五：你的时间无限，长生不老，所以最想做的事，应该无限延期？

回答：不，傻瓜才会这样认为。

然而我们却常说，等我老了，要去环游世界；等我退休，就要去做想做的事情；等孩子长大了，我就可以……

我们都以为自己有无限的时间与精力。其实我们可以一步一步实现理想，不必在等待中徒耗生命。如果现在就能一步一步努力接近，我们就不会活了半生，却出现自己最不想看到的结局。

   在美国着名选秀比赛“American Idol”第四季进入前12名后，Mario Vazquez选择退出比赛，但他仍然得到了发行个人专辑的机会，这位冉冉升起的新星对当初选择退出比赛没有丝毫后悔之意，他在接受采访时说他“想制作一些比较边缘的音乐，而这并不适合参加比赛”。事实上，早在2001年他就曾在Michael Jackson的专辑《Invincible》中献声，并为将来成为一名出色的歌手做着各方面的准备。就在不久前他发行了一首R&B风格的单曲“Gallery”。很不错~力荐~感觉我会爱上他的声音~

竟然去教跳舞……发现自己除了可以教street jazz，竟然还可以教交谊舞……貌似还可以吧？呵呵……做了半天女人，跳惯男步，女步好难才熬过来。个人觉得跳得不错吧……呵呵，今天看到我跳交谊舞的可以发表下看法……不用给我面子的。

然后继续谈情+弹琴，那个兄弟啊~你们怎么都……吃不消你们啊……至于那个tears钢琴谱还在啃！一定能啃掉的！呵呵~不会辜负Kant的表扬的~谢谢~

    话说最近的状态应该很能创作的，结果狗屁没有。倒是听到一句让自己感触颇深，略带激励人生的一句话。
The Saying Goes Like This：男人20岁是生命中最黯淡的时光。如果有女生爱着你，愿意陪在你身边，请珍惜她。因为女人20，是她人生最美妙的时光。

    且不说后半句关于有没有人陪的部分T T，话说自己仔细一想，的确，男人20，要钱没钱，要事业没事业，要女人没女人……的确是三无产品。然后就觉得自己最近的状态真的很萎靡。雄心壮志谈不上，但是觉得自己以前还是很有奋斗目标的！如今那可真是自己过得像鬼火，还企图照亮别人。
    怎么说？最近时常在外奔波。工作！聚会！两不误！还是被爸妈和一些朋友看出来有心事。每次碰到以前的朋友，趣闻穷尽之后。总是会轮到我冗长的说教……话说，别人不一定想听。但是时常自己就慢慢的控制不住。说啊说……不知他们对我这么个无论外表还是内心都已经老去的男人有何想法。有点颓。或者说自己真的有点体会到了黯淡的光泽。自己过得像鬼火，还企图照亮别人？可笑。
    笑一笑，要长进！鄙人想的多，不代表都是正确的。这一点我很确信，有时一直希望自己是错的。比起某些理论强到难以辩驳的人来说，自己的思维真的很成问题。
    话说身边有个好友过得也不咋地。个人觉得有点颓。难不成看穿了社会的都这样？

    20岁，对于我们这些乳臭未干却还思忖着自己什么都行的男生来说。究竟该追求何谓贵？学业？情感？还是大张旗鼓的去创业？
    鄙人拙见，男人20，请完善自己的心态！

    女人20一朵花，男人20一驼屎。才会有这句“鲜花插在牛粪上”名言。过得像鬼火，就不必再去照亮别人了。（别人心理会毛的）
    无论从何种方面上来说，20岁的心态很不完善。交大学生自杀。这不就是前两个礼拜的事情么？大学生答辩前一天在家开瓦斯自杀。这都说明什么？不说他普遍代表着什么什么吧。至少反映了当代大学生的心态很成问题！对感情的顽执，对生活的不满，还有对社会意义的曲解。都是导致自杀的原因。这就是典型的成熟外表下有一颗极不成熟的心态。
    昨晚在看《上班这点事儿》，里面有这样一个问题：男人外表，气度，身材，经济能力四个点，哪一点可以被排除在外。个人觉得一个男人的气度是在第一位的！心态好，很多机会就这么的来了。就算自己过得再怎么不着调。也不会郁郁寡欢，颓废下去。而20岁的男人，要做的就是完善自己的心态。

     Emi Fujita，藤田惠美。记得第一次在cd店里听到她的歌，当时就误以为是Norah Jones出新碟了。话说一个日本人唱英语歌能到她这个境界真的很8错了！Guitar清唱的Every Breath You Take把老牌乐队The Police的经典唱得别有韵味。强烈推荐一下。个人认为Emi只要翻唱老牌男声歌曲，效果就一定好！至少Unchained Melody在她的嗓音的演绎下，个人感觉是超过原版哒！

     呵呵，听完了翻唱，不妨去听听她自己的歌。最有名的应该是Down By The Salley Garden吧~

 

总之，强烈推荐下Emi Fujita。相信内心安静的女生会在她的歌声中随着沁人心脾的屡屡甘香寻觅到《挪威甘菊》淡雅之魅。

yesterday was dramatic..... 

话说前天晚上出去看了场原版的《变形金刚》，终于也是跟风了实在克制不住对小时候动画情节的割舍。  
   当然剧情背景由80年代转移到现在的21世纪，很多东西需要与时俱进啊。老美玩音效和视觉效果真的没话说，脑子轰轰轰的声音。xxx看的也是一惊一乍。说实话，她的反映倒是把我吓找了...  
   呵都是题外话了，还是谈谈电影吧，首先当然是造型，由于赞助商的原因，很多汽车人都改变了原来的造型，当然霸天虎的首领威震天（megatron貌似是这样叫的）也变成了飞机，这个有点无语。擎天柱还是很帅的，颜色，造型，身材比例都比较完美，到底是首领。但是就是缺少一个招牌式的面罩，看见擎天柱的嘴巴和威震天一样动来动去，有点的恶心。至于其他的汽车人，交代太少了，铁皮啊，爵士啊，个性都没有显示出来，可怜的爵士更是挂了。大黄蜂也由一个女性角色换成了小男孩个性，在经过战争洗礼后智能也进化了。为将来留下不少伏笔。说说狂派吧，几乎都是面目狰狞，有点像以前的《铁血战士》里面的造型，真的很像。而且手下，特别是录音机啊，挖地虎啊，简直就是有点神经质的。而且狂派的一律张牙舞爪没有拳头和手的区别，而且肋骨都开放式的，一根根的，有点惨不忍睹。有些恶心。片中有类似于肢解的画面，虽然肢解的是autobot。呵呵，看得时候就觉得这部片子得算限制级的。同时有点，红色眼睛的是狂派，但是录音机的眼珠是蓝色的和博派一样的。 
     
   其次是变形，变成人的形态感觉稍微复杂了点，变回去却是非常的快。不过整体还是相当帅的。要不是xxx在我边上，估计我要乱叫了。威震天愣是第一集就挂了，不知道以后他怎么复活出来，还是习惯他变成抢，然后有一个超级抢镜头的红蜘蛛，也没什么空间发挥。当然智能需要时间来发展，从大黄蜂会说话就可以证明，续集有更多可以写的。
   音效和音响是没什么可以挑剔的了，情节的话一贯的好莱坞风格，也就这样了。人物太多，大团员结局。希望其中的很多人例如那个上尉，还有扮演越狱里面的Fernando Sucre，电脑天才们，能在续集中继续有表现。
   看之前，网上评论商业气氛很浓，的确是的，从开始之前的广告，到所有汽车大大的LOGO，还有反复提到的EBAY，诺基亚的手机，等等等等，不过奇怪的是大黄蜂变成面目一新以后，变形出来却还是旧的样子。还有魔方，被辐射到的出来全部是狂派的东西，这个不太公平。诺基亚的N95被照了下，竟然也自称是“红蜘蛛”开始疯狂攻击？呵呵~貌似有点假啊~
      最后的感觉就是好短啊，不过瘾。打斗场面不够有特点，机器人应该是主角，而不是人类。这个最好在续集能改过来。因为这个才是变形金刚的精髓啊。
